Our Services

NFT Teknologic Services Inc. provides software engineering, web and mobile application development, AI integration, and technical consultancy. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or written proposal, which takes precedence over these general Terms wherever the two conflict.

Proposals and Payment

Project scope and pricing are set out in a written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, we work on a milestone-based basis, and invoices are due within the period stated in the applicable agreement. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid past their due date.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables and the source code produced specifically for your project, as detailed in your project agreement.
• We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and know-how used to create those deliverables, and grant you a license to use them as an integrated part of the delivered work.
• All content, branding, and materials on this website remain the property of NFT Teknologic Services Inc. unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials, content, or access reasonably necessary for us to perform the services. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information secure and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We perform our services with professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, this website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFT Teknologic Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party services such as APIs, hosting platforms, and libraries. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable project agreement. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.
